Truck delay for July 19

Please note that the outreach truck is experiencing a mechanical delay and will be late to the first stop tonight in Grimsby. The truck is normally scheduled for the Slessor apartments 4-5pm and on North Lane in Beamsville from 5:15-6:15pm. If we are unable to make it out tonight, we will update this post.

Thank you to this month’s sponsors!

A huge thank you goes out to the following groups who each donated a meal that was served in St. Catharines, Thorold, Grimsby and Beamsville this month:

The FORT in Grimsby

Carey Benvenuti and her cook group at Firemen’s Park

Lakemount Worship Centre in Grimsby

The Niagara Mobile Outreach┬áProgram not only meets people’s basic needs of food and water; we meet the social needs of the people we serve. The locations where the outreach truck stops are safe places for people to come together, have someone to talk to and receive outreach services in addition to their meal.

It is greatly appreciated that you were able to help us provide the meal that brings people together.

Thank you!!

National Volunteer Week: Thank you to all of our dedicated volunteers!

As National Volunteer Week comes to an end, the Niagara Mobile Outreach Program would like to extend a huge thank you to all of our amazing volunteers! Volunteers are involved every step of the way in this program. From coordinating donations to cooking and serving the food, our volunteers work tremendously hard to give back to their community. Thank you for the positive impact you are having. It is truly appreciated!
